Both Optimizer and Protector were designed for simple, plug-and-play operation in virtually any network, as well as long, reliable service life without the need for downtime. However, we understand you may need support from time to time, and we stand behind our products with some of the best service in the business.

Standard Warranty—Hardware and Software

Each ClearWidth appliance comes with a 1 year hardware replacement warranty at no additional cost.  Software support is included with every ClearWidth device, covering the original installation, for a period of 1 year.  Extended warranties are available for an additional cost.

Supplemental Service Contracts

ClearWidth offers upgraded support and maintenance through annual contracts. These options give you access and upgrades to Extended Hardware Warranty, Software Maintenance, Technical Support additional options:

  • Software Maintenance: Provides regular software updates and bug fixes.
  • Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Support: Provides 5x10 and 7x24 phone, Internet Messaging and e-mail support.
  • Support Bundles: Provides various configurations of Software Maintenance and TAC Support under a single agreement.
  • Consulting-Based Support: Customized support to suit your specific needs.
  • Training and Educational Services: Standard or individually designed courses delivered on-site or at ClearWidth Training Centers.
